Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I start a return?

For registered customers (most effortless): If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Choose the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate the return process. After providing the required information, submit your return request. You may receive a confirmation email indicating your return request has been successfully submitted.

For guest purchases (order number & email required): If you made your purchase as a guest, go to the page "Start a return" in Helpful Links on Footer Menu. To start the return process, provide the order number and email address used to make the purchase.

Contact Us page: If you encounter difficulties initiating a return through the above methods, please visit our Contact Us page, fill out the form, and select the subject "Return request..." to begin the return process. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you by email a pre-paid return shipping label. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please go to the page Contact Us, fill the form and select the subject "Refund...".
